SHARON MILLER

Sharon is a married mother of two with a background in special education, working for years with the South Metropolitan Association for Low-Incidence Handicapped Children.  Additionally, she spent twelve years as a "pack leader" for Boy Scouts and a "troop leader" for Girl Scouts.  These experiences, combined with nearly twenty years of volunteering for school functions and charities allow her to draw from an enormous pool of childcare knowledge on a daily basis.  In her downtime she enjoys trail walking, attempting to bake bread, and hopes to be a published children's author one day.

SHAWNA MILLER

Shawna (Sharon's daughter) is married and a proud “Bonus Mom” to a little girl. She became a CNA in 2007, working with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients for nursing homes, hospitals, and home health care agencies.  She made the jump to childcare shortly after OLM opened and is now a certified Early Childhood Teacher, relying on prior experience as a full time nanny to keep kids engaged with art and science projects.  Outside of daycare hours, you can find her road-tripping to country music concerts, working in her vegetable garden, spending time with her husband and bonus daughter, running her photography business, and creating art!
